The proposed Northern Transmission Project (NTx) will see giant 500kV towers dotted right on top of some of SA's most reliable farming land.
With ElectraNet's "community feedback" deadline looming - Mid North communities have rallied to make sure land owners and community members from Eudunda, Saddleworth, Riverton, right through to Freeling, Hamley Bridge and Two Wells, have a chance to be heard.
A special information evening will be held tonight in Saddleworth, ahead of a series of community consultations across the region.
Riverton grain grower, Andrew Bruce, whose reliable cropping land sits right on one of the proposed corridors, is urging people to know what's being proposed and how to have their say.
